Salon & Spa Policies
We strive to create a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests. With that in mind, please review the following policies.
Please turn all cellular phones to the silent or “off” setting.
Children are welcome with a scheduled appointment. However, we do request that children not accompany you for your salon or spa treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate by any member of our staff.
When booking multiple services, spa packages, or parties of two or more, we require a credit card or gift card number to reserve your appointment.
Please allow at least 48-hours notice for cancellations. If the cancellation occurs with less than 24-hours notice, your credit card or gift card will be charged 50% of the total value of services. If you are a no-show, 100% of the service will be billed to your card.
Our technicians are paid on a commission basis and do not receive wages if a last minute cancellation occurs.
